Eucoon AB is a real estate company holding real estate in Sweden and Poland. In the portfolio it has offices and factories which has portfolio companies as tenants in Sweden and Poland. In one of the buildings, Eucoon also manages a gym open 24/7.

In addition to this, Eucoon has designed and built a small village of 12 individual houses for “senior living” where the tenants can sell their old house and move in to a small house designed for seniors.

The asset value of the real estate is approximately 40 million Swedish crowns and there has not been any recent market valuation done. Eucoon’s investment principle is to finance each building with minimum 50% of own equity.
